Come join our team of professionals who have a passion for helping our clients.
This position will provide coverage for our program staff by providing resources for clients in the Community Service, Home Detention and Driving Under the Influence programs and enter data on program participation.

Pre-Employment Requirements and/or Preferences
- This position will vary Monday to Friday and will not average more than 20 hours per week in a calendar year.
- This is not in a benefited category.
- This position works in a 24-hour facility.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
- Submit an acceptable DMV certified court print prior to hire. Click on the following link to review

Examples of Principle Duties and Position Function:

- Process documents according to established procedures where several systems are utilized.
- Data entry and general clerical accuracy.
- Will provide back-up to other team members and will work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities including effective communication skills and problem-solving aptitude are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment, with interruptions.
- Assist the public in person and by telephone; schedule appointments, provide information to the public, other departments and outside agencies; answer questions requiring a thorough knowledge of department programs, regulations and procedures.
- Possession of a valid, appropriate Oregon Driver's License and a good driving record. Must obtain first aid certification within six months of employment.
