In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing plant operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize plant processes for efficient waste plastic processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Project Management: Manage capital projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze plant data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles
- Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
