Join the L&S Administrative Regional Team as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for a dynamic array of responsibilities, directly serving the needs of one or more units in the college with day-to-day HR and payroll tasks. Areas of responsibility may include recruitment and onboarding coordination, processing hire and job change transactions, immigration and work authorization tasks, and managing payroll and benefit activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of L&S HR services to ensure we are effectively meeting the needs of employees and units. This will include both individual and group process improvement work, including research, analysis, and implementation in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities: Provides human resources (HR) information and support to a work unit regarding more than one HR functional area to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
