Responsibilities
- Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal company policies, solicitation requirements, and address deviations.
- Assess input, document from proposal team members, and advise for sufficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Program Management Office (PMO), Compliance, or HR, on specific proposals and portfolio processes.
- Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate company regulations.
- Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate.
- Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.
- 1+ years of experience with pricing, finance or related field
- Experience with pricing, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
- Ability to develop or deliver price strategy presentations or analyses
- Ability to contribute to price proposals
- Ability to communicate solicitation requirements
- HS diploma or GED
