What You Will Do: This role will influence the customer's forecast, plan, and execute events, and lead the customer supply relationship for a key retailer. In order to achieve the above the position will be responsible for: Drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) with the external customer and their customer team throughout the item life cycle in the total supply chain. Influence the customer's forecast, plan, and execute events, and lead the customer supply relationship. Analyze data trends using customer systems and joint business targets to support business planning and execution processes through accurate forecasting. Supports short- and long-term initiatives focused around maximizing in store and online availability by identifying forecast opportunities and store level inventory needs. Creation and execution of actions to improve on time-in full (OTIF), order lead time, consumption, shipments, shortage deduction reductions, and returns. Significant analytical and technical responsibilities to effectively track and analyze large amounts of dynamic data; create regular reporting that drives from information and data to actionable insights that improve supply chain performance. Develop a complete understanding of the customer's extensive systems and data related to future/historical replenishment, sales, and inventories to drive best-in-class forecast accuracy and processes. Build relationships with internal contacts, including Commercial teams, Demand Planning, Commercial Planning, Finance, Physical Distribution, Transportation, Customer Care, and other functions as needed. Take accountability for customer supply replenishment execution and forecasting intelligence for a specific brand or category set within L'Oreal USA's Consumer Products Division. Lead monthly customer consensus meeting for assigned categories by bringing insights on trends and upcoming forecast recommendations. What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Minimum 1 years of experience in Supply Chain High level of problem solving and analytical skills High proficiency in data management skills- Expert level Microsoft Office Suite applications with an advanced focus in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint. Clear understanding of relational databases along with a demonstrated ability to merge/transfer text files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources is desired Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization Strong leadership skills to fully develop and engage CSC team members.
