The Opportunity: Electrician

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Electrician or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Valid electrician's license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in residential service.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical systems and sustainable building practices.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in electrical work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
