Journeyman Multicraft Maintenance

Nippon Dynawave Packaging is seeking a Highly Qualified Industrial Electrician w/millwright skills for its extruder/laminating operations.

The person hired for this position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Position will require working with engineering and production personnel during the troubleshooting, modification, installation, and repair of plant equipment and processes.
• Equipment included but not limited to; motors, meters, instrumentation, control panels, medium voltage equipment, transformers, induction heating, compressors, overhead hoist systems, air handlers, PLCs and computers.

• Layouts, facilitates, plans, and documents the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosing, optimization and design of existing and new manufacturing equipment
• Maintain, troubleshoot/repair electronic and mechanical equipment and components
• Install/upgrade and calibrate equipment
• Maintain/troubleshoot/repair hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, gearboxes and pumps
• Perform basic machining, pipefitting tasks, millwright tasks, and welding/fabricating tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete shop records and use reporting systems following established procedures
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Be knowledgeable in the use of basic hand tools and power tools
• Use safe work methods and procedures at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
• High School diploma along with Journey level skill set required
