Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hard surface floor recoating, stripping, waxing, buffing
• Carpet extraction
• Using of floor machines such as swing machine and carpet extractor

Qualifications:

• Has at least 1 year experience performing floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and hard surface floor refinishing
• Ability to independently lead floor project and guide helper
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic; we do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
• Is reliable, friendly, and detail oriented.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Experienced in leading stripping/waxing, scrub/recoat, and buffing VCT floors
• Can perform physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
