Essential Job Functions

  • Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms per AURO Hotels' and brand standards; assist colleagues as needed.
  • Use cleaning supplies properly and place guest amenities correctly, including toiletries and service directories.
  • Complete special projects or requests from management and practice hotel emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Sort, fold, and carry linens; make beds with clean sheets, dust furniture, and replenish supplies like drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Move furniture, hang drapes, roll carpets, and replace light bulbs; empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays, transporting trash to disposal areas.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies, sweep and scrub bathroom floors, and perform cleaning duties in lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways as requested.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, walls, ceilings, windows, and door panels; stock linen rooms as needed and sweep patios/balconies.
  • Available to start immediately; compensation is per room.

Experience/Education

1-2 years' experience as a Guest Room Attendant with an established hotel brand, preferably Hilton. High School Diploma Preferred.
