Trueline's client, a leading fire protection company in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join their team in both commercial and residential divisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation teams and contribute to critical safety systems in various properties.
What You'll Do as the Fire Sprinkler Foreman:
- Spearhead installation teams on diverse projects, both large and small
- Implement fire sprinkler systems according to design specifications
- Collaborate with general contractors, superintendents, and project managers
- Coordinate with design teams and purchasing managers for material procurement
- Oversee and mentor apprentices in the field
- Ensure project timelines are met or exceeded
- Perform physical labor and operate specialized equipment
- 3-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation or related field
- Familiarity with NFPA 13D, 13R, 13, 14, and NFPA 20 standards
- Proficiency in CPVC, copper, and steel piping systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints and understand fire sprinkler codes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfort with mobile technology for job-related tasks
- Willingness to travel within a 50-75 mile radius of Pottstown, PA
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive hourly rate up to $35.00, based on experience
