As a key player on our team, you'll take on a vital role in supporting event management, sales enablement, and marketing operations. This position is ideal for someone who is energized by the challenge of coordinating events, curating marketing materials, and helping our teams achieve success through seamless execution and thoughtful collaboration. What You'll Do:
Sales Enablement & Event Management

  • Plan and execute impactful market activations, trade shows, and client events (both virtual and in-person), ensuring each initiative aligns with our brand strategy and delivers measurable ROI.
  • Track and manage product sample inventory, as well as monitor the effectiveness of in-market support for our rep groups. You'll analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve the alignment between Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to create compelling sales presentations, marketing materials, quarterly updates, and newsletters that engage clients and reinforce our brand's story.
Marketing Operations Support
  • Ensure our showroom is always ready, from managing hospitality to hosting tours and maintaining engaging, up-to-date displays that showcase Hightower's brand.
  • Lead logistics for various initiatives, including leadership meetings, events, CEUs, rep training, product launches, and team travel-all while ensuring a high-touch, detail-oriented execution.
  • Organize and maintain our Sales Rep Resource Library, ensuring that marketing documents and sales resources are easily accessible and aligned with current strategies.
  • Help coordinate the licensing of product installation photography across multiple verticals and customer projects to bolster Marketing strategies and sales collateral.
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Gather and analyze event and marketing data, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure our brand activations and customer engagement strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, creative teams, and partners to ensure flawless execution of initiatives that reflect Hightower's values and elevate customer experiences.
General Marketing Support
  • Assist with ad-hoc project support to the Marketing team as needed, ensuring that every task is executed with precision and alignment to our broader goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or sales support with a proven track record of coordinating successful initiatives.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Asana, Notion, and Constant Contact.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for creating exceptional brand experiences and fostering meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, departments, and external partners.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset that thrives on problem-solving and supporting teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for events and trade shows.

Seattle pay range

$64,000-$78,000 USD
