Job Description: National Account Manager (Federal & Government Services)

Location: Denver, remote position with a focus on federal and government services

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage a portfolio of national accounts within the federal and government sector.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within the federal and government market and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for account management, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and market developments that may impact staffing services.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales, with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolio accounts.
  2. Strong understanding of the federal and government sector, including knowledge of procurement processes and contracting requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement account plans that drive revenue growth.
  5. Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  7. Experience working with federal contracts, GSA schedules, or other government procurement vehicles is a plus.
