Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage a portfolio of national accounts within the federal and government sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the federal and government market and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account management, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and market developments that may impact staffing services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales, with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolio accounts.
- Strong understanding of the federal and government sector, including knowledge of procurement processes and contracting requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement account plans that drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with federal contracts, GSA schedules, or other government procurement vehicles is a plus.
