Brand ManagerMontvale NJ$100,000 - $150,000Our Client is looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms and driving the growth and equity of our brand. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build strong brand awareness, loyalty, and customer engagement. As the Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the positioning and development of the brand, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and business goals. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.Brand Positioning & Identity: Maintain and refine the brand's positioning in the market. Oversee brand guidelines to ensure all creative assets and communication align with the brand's voice, identity, and values.Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to gain insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance. Use insights to adjust strategies and enhance brand presence.Brand Communication & Content: Oversee content creation for digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, email, website, print). Collaborate with content teams to ensure the tone, style, and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure brand strategies align with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer touchpoints. Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels and customer interactions.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, engagement, market share, and customer loyalty. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve brand strategies.Budget & Resource Management: Manage the brand marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources for campaigns, events, and promotions. Track expenses and work with finance teams to ensure financial targets are met.Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of successful brand campaigns and strategy development.Experience working within the consumer goods industry, preferably small kitchen appliances or other consumer electrics; multi-brand portfolio experience is a plusStrong knowledge of branding principles, market segmentation, and consumer insights.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and brand growth.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage resources efficiently.
