What You'll Do
The Corporate Account Director will be responsible for driving water sales within Consumer Services (Paper Industry) customers across North America.
This role involves directly managing a small team of sellers and providing strategic direction to a larger team indirectly. You will collaborate closely with leadership from both the Water and Consumer Services divisions to achieve growth in revenue and gross profit.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in water treatment for utilities and wastewater systems, as well as their understanding of paper mills, to expand business opportunities and enhance collaboration within the Consumer Water team.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit growth targets in the Consumer Services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Directly manage a small team of sellers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Indirectly guide and influence a larger team of sellers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Work closely with leadership from Water and Consumer Services to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of water treatment solutions.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Consumer Services market.
- Develop targeted plans to increase penetration in utilities and wastewater treatment systems for consumer-focused operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Consumer Water team to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with customer-facing account managers.
- Partner with the Consumer Services team to identify customer needs and coordinate internally to deliver tailored water treatment solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in water treatment sales, with a strong understanding of utilities and wastewater systems.
- Experience working with or selling into paper mills and other industrial operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems (e.g., CRM software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

The expected compensation range for this position is between $155,625.00 and $217,875.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
