SynQor seeks a recent Engineering Bachelor's Degree graduate for the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for providing engineering support to high volume manufacturing processes.

SynQor seeks a recent Engineering Bachelor's Degree graduate for the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for providing engineering support to high volume manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly process and methods to obtain maximum productivity levels
- Identify and implement cost reductions
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Instruct, help, guide, and mentor operators
- Recommend engineering design changes as needed
- Develop and maintain process work instructions
- Data collection and analysis to drive continuous process improvement and root cause corrective action
- Process control and process improvement activities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical)
- 1 - 3 years of experience preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Examples include knowledge of SMT placement, reflow soldering, thru-hole soldering, hand assembly, and SMT repair.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills, with ability to make and implement decisions
- Motivated to work on own initiative with results-oriented attitude
- A hands-on approach is essential, with ownership of products and processes
- Must be a team player
