As a Human Resources Intern at Siegel+Gale, you will:
- Assist in HR-related projects such as employee engagement initiatives, organizational development, or improving HR processes.
- Assist in brainstorming and organizing DEI initiatives
- Support Human Resources team with various day-to-day activities
You're a great fit for this position if you have:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High level attention to detail, are team-oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Interest in HR and people management
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (a plus, but not required)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: word, excel, powerpoint
This is a paid internship and can not be used for school credit alone. This internship REQUIRES BEING LOCAL TO NY.
