Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, and social media. Tailor messaging to resonate with target audiences and support brand positioning.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter. Create, schedule, and publish posts, engaging with followers, monitoring performance, and refining strategies based on analytics.
- Email Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to reach prospective clients and candidates. This includes content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to optimize future campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and campaigns align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and tone across platforms.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to develop relevant content and campaign strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across social media, email, and content efforts. Use insights to refine content and engagement strategies.
