Summary
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of all vendors associated with the installation, repair and upkeep of our company's equipment and facilities. Your duties will include managing the maintenance of all equipment, planning repair activities, and helping developing maintenance procedures. This position helps manage all facility related tickets. This position is responsible for managing, auditing and scheduling 3rd party facilities vendors. There will be some time spent in the field helping ensure vendor access and support of our facilities.

Your duties will include managing the maintenance of all equipment, planning repair activities, and helping developing maintenance procedures. This position helps manage all facility related tickets. This position is responsible for managing, auditing and scheduling 3rd party facilities vendors. There will be some time spent in the field helping ensure vendor access and support of our facilities.
Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities
- Manages door key inventory for Taco Time locations and home office.
- Identifies equipment that consistently breaks or needs repair and helps leadership and operations team identify superior equipment.
- Aids in the management of equipment assets in restaurants and warehouse through the use of Asset tracking software.
- Continually communicates to restaurants through help desk tickets, email or via phone.
- Responds to urgent issues outside of normal business hours based as needed.
- Manages all facilities related vendor relationships such as, fire suppression, locksmith, pest control, HVAC, equipment suppliers and landscaping.
- Approves invoices for key vendor relationships that they manage.
- Works with Facility Techs to schedule audits of sub-contracted work for vendors they manage to verify work is done correctly and according to plan.
- Processes and closes out daily repair and maintenance service requests associated with tickets.
- Coordinates equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance for all locations
- Supports training and instruction as needed to operations on the safe operation, maintenance and cleaning of Taco Time facilities and equipment
- Supports the VP of Real Estate with developing repair, maintenance and capital expense budgets.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
- Adapts to changes in work assignments and environment, is willing to assume additional responsibility and learn new processes.
- Support special projects and other designated activities, as assigned. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Manager(s).
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
- This position prefers a Technical degree or certificate in related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Washington State Driver's License Required
- 2+ years of previous facilities/maintenance coordination.
- Communication
- Requires ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers and fax machines.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Proficient keyboarding skills required.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of algebra, geometry, and statistics.
