Job Description

Quality Engineer:

• Works hands on with the production team
• Develop and Maintain Quality Systems: Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to address defects.
• Perform Internal and External Audits: Lead and participate in quality audits to evaluate compliance with standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze Quality Data: Utilize statistical tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Stay updated on industry regulations such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and other aerospace standards to guide quality practices.
• Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
