Senior Partner Account Manager, Mid-Market Denver, CO · San Francisco, CA At Klaviyo, the partnerships team prides themselves on being marketing and product experts. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building a long term, deep, and mutually-beneficial relationship with Klaviyo’s marketing agency and systems integrator partners. You will leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners’ business model and growth strategy so that you can identify ways Klaviyo can help them (and their clients) grow. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulating the value of Klaviyo and differentiating it from other solutions. Drive business development opportunities and co-selling with partners. Collaborate with the ecosystem marketing team on co-marketing initiatives. Act as a thought leader in the space and coach partners on growing their business and profitability with Klaviyo. Become a trusted advisor to the 30 partner relationships you manage. Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and how partners can utilize it effectively. Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio. Understand partner organization structures and business goals to develop long-term strategies. Consult with partners to help them optimize their offerings around Klaviyo. Present Klaviyo services and software to partners effectively. Exceed revenue-focused goals and bring creative strategies to advance Klaviyo’s values. Own projects and collaborate with a driven team to create new partner enablement processes. Travel up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with agency partners/events. Who You Are: Adept at influencing and relationship building. Experienced in partnerships, sales, or account management. Familiar with accounts in the SMB/MM/Enterprise customer segment. Excited about learning new product offerings. Comfortable presenting product-led discussions and demos. Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic. Obsessed with understanding customers or partners. Independent and proactive in seeking feedback. Positive outlook with excellent communication skills. 3-4 years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience. Collaborative with enablement, CS, Marketing, and Product teams. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
