In 2020, ESFM (formerly Eurest Services) won the George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:Responsible for all pricing compilations based on the facility solution developed during the bidding process for internal and client purposesProvides pricing summaries to be included in proposal documentAudits/verifies pricing for complete accuracy and consistency within proposal documentAssist / review of RFx information, proposals, presentations to ensure alignment with pricing/costingFully understands and able to articulate pricing / costing to all stakeholdersGathers and analyzes labor rates, benefits, other direct costs, materials, and subcontractsAssists in performing detailed financial analysis to quantify cost savingAssists in the development of customer baselines and financial bridge analysisMay perform onsite data collection at customer facilitiesResponsible for the internal Excel pricing model maintenance and enhancements (highly advanced excel experience required)Collaborates with company functions on various benchmark initiatives.Performs other related duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of applicable / related experience as a Pricing Manager or Analyst Highly Advanced, innovative, and comprehensive skills in use of ExcelComprehensive skills in all other Microsoft applicationsPossess strong time management and prioritization skillsExcellent attention to detailGood judgment in decision-makingApply to ESFM Services todayESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
