Marketing Manager, Spanish (Hybrid)

Are you a strategic, experienced multi-channel marketing professional with a passion for reaching Spanish-speaking audiences and a commitment to spreading the transformative message of the Bible? We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Spanish to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Nueva Traduccin Viviente (NTV) translation, along with other assigned Spanish Bible brands and books. You will be integral to crafting and implementing marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and sales, while creating valuable connections within the Spanish-speaking community.
After an initial training period, this role is open to a hybrid work schedule, which means you'll be given the flexibility to split time between working from home and in the office.

In this role, you'll:
- Develop and implement detailed marketing plans to build awareness and drive sales for the NTV translation, assigned Spanish Bible brands, and Spanish books, leveraging a mix of digital advertising, content marketing, social media, SEM, PPC, email, influencer partnerships, and more.
- Create and grow a Spanish-speaking influencer base to create awareness of key brands in the Spanish market.
- Curate, create, and execute engaging, audience-targeted messaging tailored to the Spanish-speaking community, with attention to cultural relevancy and market-specific trends.
- Develop sales tools to support both trade sales and end-user sales.
- Create and execute new product release activities, primarily focused on paid media communication to end users, with adjacent help to trade support and select earned media activities.
- Collaborate with well-known Spanish language mediums to increase reach along with developing and providing creative assets for media placement.
- Provide Spanish language content and social graphics for new product releases and brand awareness that will work on social media platforms (NTV and Bible brand).
- Participate in the development and maintenance of key landing pages/product sites (BibliaNTV, etc.) while consistently optimizing content with Spanish keywords.
- Establish strategic, in-demand content marketing activities that are likely to create awareness and excitement for key brands (Filament, DVJ, NTV, etc.).
- Develop and grow product brand affinity with Spanish-language product end users via email activities including but not limited to e-newsletters, special offers, landing pages, web pages, etc.
- Track and manage your budget areas while working with internal departments and outside suppliers to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budgets and timelines.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Amazon analytics, HubSpot reporting, and other tools. Gain insights, assess against budgets and goals, and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Initiate communication, respond in a timely manner, and develop rapport with acquisitions, international sales, design, digital marketing, Amazon team, other internal departments, and resource providers.
- Collaborate with the Bible Marketing team to coordinate key marketing initiatives and brand strategies, achieve economies of scale, and increase the effectiveness of Bible marketing campaigns for Bibles across languages.
- Serve as an internal expert on the Spanish-language market, providing education and increasing awareness of customer needs.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3+ years' experience in consumer goods marketing and/or digital marketing with knowledge of advertising/promotion, public relations, marketing research, and channel management.
- Publishing experience a plus, particularly Bible, Bible reference, or Discipleship product development preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish. Must possess excellent oral and written fluency.
- Personal interest in and knowledge of the Bible.
- Knowledge of Social Media advertising including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Design skills are a plus; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools to create visually engaging marketing assets is beneficial.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Experience working with a CRM platform.
- Aptitude for financial and analytical skills coupled with a business acumen; Adept at using Microsoft Excel analytical processing tools.
- Good presentation skills to both individuals and small groups.
- Ability to interpret data and develop actionable marketing initiatives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
