Job Overview

All Electric LLC is seeking an experienced RW Electrician with strong leadership skills to take charge of residential and commercial projects as a Lead Site Manager. This role is perfect for someone who excels in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and executing clean and precise electrical work in residential environments. As a leader on-site, you'll guide apprentices, ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, and deliver exceptional results from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams: Supervise and mentor apprentices, ensuring they stay productive and aligned with project goals.
• Residential expertise: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform electrical work cleanly and efficiently in residential settings, with finesse and respect for clients' homes.
• Commercial knowledge: Handle commercial projects as needed, with an emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Project oversight: Take electrical work from start to finish on remodeling projects, managing all stages and ensuring timelines are met.
• Material management:
  • Obtain materials from suppliers and track weekly material expenses.
  • Maintain and submit inventory updates for company vans and tools.
• Safety and compliance:
  • Conduct weekly crew and safety meetings to reinforce best practices.
  • Uphold OSHA standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Client satisfaction: Deliver high-quality workmanship that passes inspections and exceeds client expectations.
• Reporting: Follow the chain of command by reporting issues to supervisors, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications

• Required License: RW Electrical License in the State of Colorado.
• Experience: Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and service inspections.
• Leadership: Ability to manage crews on-site and mentor apprentices effectively.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in remodeling projects, cutting into structures, and working cleanly in residential environments.
  • Ability to read blueprints and execute electrical systems through all project stages.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and lift equipment (preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Tools: Must have hand tools, belts, bags, and gauges.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and ability to wear and represent the company uniform provided.
• Background clearance: Ability to pass background checks for company vehicle use.

Work Schedule

• Greater Denver Area projects are located within the service area of All Electric LLC, with potential travel between sites.
