Job Description
Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative:
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Hunt new business opportunities and lead generation
- Manage process from interview through offer stage
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Working as part of a team to maximize Michael Page's commercial performance
- Meeting with clients face to face to discuss and identify their needs
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-4 years of business to business sales preferred
- Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
- Competitive, ambitious individual
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
