Summary:
Performs basic activities related to maintenance, renovation and upkeep of building and grounds.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year experience in building renovation maintenance.
- Performs routine maintenance and repair required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
- Monitors building and equipment renovations, remodeling or replacement projects done by contractors.
- Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

- Minor Carpentry - door and hardware replacement, cabinet installation, ceiling tile, handrails, wall brackets, handicap grab bars, minor trim
- Drywall patch and repair
- Painting
- Minor plumbing - toilet and sink replacement
- Minor electrical - light fixture, switch and receptacle replacement
