Room Attendant

Job Description
As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for guests or residents. Your duties will include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as ensuring all cleaning standards are met.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
3. Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
4. Change linens and towels as needed.
5. Empty trash containers and disposal of waste properly.
6. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning products.
7. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
