The Marketing Campaign Manager is a key member of the Experience and Engagement team, managing and executing campaigns to support the sales pipeline, drive demand generation and nurture existing relationships. The Marketing Campaign Manager acts as the main client liaison and develops the strategic direction, execution and delivery of targeted lead generation and retention initiatives primarily through email, social and digital formats as well as marketing collateral while applying segmentation differentiation. This includes formulating and implementing marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target specific prospects or clients. This role will be a driving force behind our evolving CRM strategy.Responsibilities:Manage the overall campaign calendar, execution and development of the campaign strategy, end to end delivery of campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure we are achieving anticipated results.Work with the Sales and Client Development teams to gather insight and information to inform the content strategyBrief content creators, coordinate authors and contributors to help them deliver their content. This will range from webinars, video blogs, event highlights /agendas/registration sites attendance, all of which are supported by PR and paid media activity to drive engagement and growth.Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to generate leads, acquire new clients and build relationships for long-term retention.Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within the marketing campaign and ensure it is accurate and error-freeEnsure the firms brand guidelines are adhered to and identity represented in all communication channelsDeliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of success indicatorsCollect and use data to inform new campaigns. Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.Main client liaison with regular status meetings and weekly reports on projects, metrics and other updates as needed.Ensure processes for review to comply to regulatory requirements are met.Special projects and other tasks as assigned.Selection CriteriaEducation & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Communication, digital marketing or related fields3+ years of related job experienceEssential to the role is experience of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot (or a similar campaign tools) with data segmentation, measurement and optimization experience, building campaigns in the tool through to deliveryExperience working in a regulated industry a plus.Excellent written and communication skills are vital as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing promotions.Excellent project management skills; confident managing upwards and coordinating teams with a good understanding of project management tools and conceptsStrong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices as well as working with an in-house creative department.Be critical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsThe ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running simultaneouslyWorking at MarshBerryWho We Are:MarshBerry practices The Collaborative Way which encourages employees to adhere to these five principles: listening generously, speaking straight, being for each other, acknowledgement & appreciation, and honoring commitments.
