Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance (including pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances)
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location
• Respond to plumbing-related service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
• Manage multiple plumbing projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work with the team to complete tasks within deadlines and budget requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Plumber credentials
• Experience with plumbing systems, including installations and repairs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
