SwapLoader U.S.A. Ltd., a premier manufacturer of hook-lift hoist products and accessories currently seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to manage our new U.S. regional territory.

Location:

Central U.S. Region: (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH)

Purpose: the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible in developing the territory through new distributor acquisitions while building upon the success of existing distribution in the marketing and selling of SwapLoader hook-lift products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributer Network Development: Recruit, coach, and develop a territory with a strong distributor network through new distributor recruitment. Travel and assist with regional and national trade shows.
  • Sales Strategy and Implementation: Implement a sales plan to increase sales and profits.
  • Product Training and Education: Conduct product training and application seminars for distributors and customers both at the factory and in the field.
  • Customer Service and Warranty Support: Assist with service and warranty compliance during and after the sale. May perform other job-related duties assigned.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: This position works closely with the SwapLoader VP and General Manager, inside sales and service teams, engineering, and sales administration.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants must have truck or truck equipment sales experience in a sales/business development role. A mechanical and hydraulic aptitude and prior experience in distributor sales are a must. An ideal candidate will be a competitive, independent "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential to this role. Must be proficient with MS Office software. This position will require travel to manage sales in a multi-state territory.

Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer/pre-employment physical and drug screen.
