With a team of skilled craftspeople and a 150,000-square-foot facility, we offer expert turnkey services to bring even the most complex concepts to life. Our services include scenic construction, metal fabrication, props, sculpture, carpentry, metal work, paint and finish, and full graphics production. We pride ourselves on our proprietary 3Dimensioneering•process that combines art, engineering, and fabrication to create attention-grabbing 3D installations.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installer at ID3 Group. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with installing our fabricated creations. This includes working closely with our design team to ensure efficient and precise installation, handling and assembling various materials and components, and ensuring the final product meets our high standards of quality. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are crucial for success in this role.

Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
.Qualifications
Experience in installation and assembly of large-scale projects
Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to installation and construction
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Experience in the event/experiential industry is a plus
Driver's license and reliable transportation

Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation Expertise:
- Execute high-end installations of custom projects, including carpentry, metalwork, scenic elements, and paint applications.
- Ensure the accurate and precise implementation of designs in accordance with project specifications.
- Travel and Logistics:
- Travel to various project locations as required, ensuring on-time arrival and completion of installations.
- Coordinate logistics, including equipment transportation and setup, to facilitate seamless installations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks during and after installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members.
