Job Description:

• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with business stakeholders to confirm resolution timelines and business impact. Work with cross-functional IT teams to align as needed for end-to-end resolution testing.
• Business Requirements Documentation, User Story Writing, Prioritization based on value and business impact.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Working with business stakeholders to ensure prompt UAT turnarounds to support efficient move to production where applicable.
