Job Description
As a Workday Human Capital Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of their Workday HCM systems. Leveraging your 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, you will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives. If you are Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation or Absence & Time Tracking, that's a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Analysis:
- Engage with clients to understand their HCM requirements and challenges.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices for configuring and customizing Workday HCM modules.
- Translate client needs into actionable system configurations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance regulations.
- System Implementation:
- Lead and participate in Workday HCM system configuration, data migration, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, build, and deploy custom solutions to address unique client needs.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Change Management:
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Workday HCM system.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the transition phase, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Ongoing Support and Optimization:
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Assist clients with routine system maintenance, updates, and patches.
- Provide level 2 support for Workday-related inquiries and issues, collaborating with technical support teams as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document configuration changes, customizations, and system processes for future reference.
- Generate reports and dashboards to help clients monitor workforce metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management, including core HCM modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, business process mapping, and data migration within the Workday platform.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Workday certifications are a plus.
