Description:
• The Email Campaign Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of digital email campaigns designed to support customer engagement.
• This includes setting goals, designing content, developing templates, deploying campaigns, and analyzing performance.
• The role requires expertise in email design and coding, ensuring responsive and visually appealing campaigns that align with industry best practices.
• The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish goals and metrics and translate them into actionable email campaigns.
• Create responsive and engaging email templates that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize creative assets for delivery and performance, ensuring alignment with specifications.
• Develop custom HTML email templates, including updates and troubleshooting as needed.
• Schedule, execute, and QA email campaigns to ensure flawless deployment.
• Monitor the performance of automated and transactional email campaigns.
• Conduct testing to verify email rendering across major clients, live landing pages, and accurate tracking of calls to action.
• Work with service providers to develop campaign functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze campaign results, provide actionable insights, and document policies and processes.
• Participate in daily standups and collaborate across teams for feedback and project handoffs.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing production.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email coding.
• Expertise in responsive email design and development.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, traffic generation, and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Experience with CRM systems, dynamic personalization, and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs and email automation processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:
• Proficiency with tools like Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
• Experience working with email platforms and service providers.
• Knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Familiarity with website content management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, technology, or an equivalent field.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $46-$66/HR
