Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and hang drywall to required specifications
• Assist in framing up walls and installing sheathing
• Install crown moldings
• Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue
• Cut and nail headers and blocking
• Fit and install window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden doorframes
• Perform carpenter tasks in compliance with site safety and building requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field
• Ability to accept direction and work as a team player
• Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or willingness to undergo OSHA Safety Training
• Required Tools: Hammer, screw drives, tape measure, adjustable wrenches, utility knife, impact driver, plumb bob, cordless drill, caulk gun, nail sets, T square, framing square, level
