Job Description

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Installations, Sales, and Marketing to implement pricing strategies and optimize margins.
• Define pricing KPIs and analyze financial performance related to pricing and discounting.
• Benchmark competitors and analyze market trends to refine pricing strategies.
• Monitor customer responses to pricing and perform price band analysis.
• Develop and execute liquidation pricing and product transition models.
• Lead the pricing team, driving organizational change to enhance pricing execution.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support senior management with actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (required); Master's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pricing functions, with a proven track record in developing pricing strategies and processes.
