**Description**
SUMMARY
+ Under general supervision, performs work in the construction, repair and maintenance of structures and related physical facilities.
DUTIES:
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
+ Design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair various types of facilities and structures.
+ Must have own hand tools for use.
+ Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures
+ Safely strip wall form systems
+ Safely build wall form and deck form systems
+ Uses levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
+ Prepares the layout of the project.
+ Es????mates height, width, length, and other proportions and selects and purchases materials.
**Qualifications**
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 2-4 years of experience working as a carpenter in an industrial rough and finished carpentry
+ Aten????on to detail with demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
+ Be able to build concrete forms.
+ Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands.
+ Ability to measure accurately and read specifications.
+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
+ Must have transportation to and from work site.
+ Must have basic hand tools.
+ Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
+ Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.
+ Must have required tools.
+ Must pass in house test.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
+ Employees will be required to be able to endure long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and/or lifting.
+ May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
+ Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding.
+ Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
+ Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
