This role is 30% strategic, 70% execution overseeing a team of 6 Product Managers focused on the customer experience in the areas of OMS & Order Communicaitons, returns, cancels, registration/authentication, account and security. This person should have knowledge of accont and post purchase via ecomm website. They should have OMS exposure to systems, etc.
