ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Polished Concrete Technician, you start your day at 7 AM, meeting with your team to outline the day's project. Armed with hand grinders, large 480v electric grinders, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums, you dive into prepping and polishing concrete surfaces. You skillfully apply densifiers and stain protectors, transforming raw concrete into polished perfection. You easily collaborate with your team throughout the day, ensuring every project meets our impeccable standards. By 4 PM, you finish your workday with a sense of accomplishment, having created beautiful, lasting results.
What you need to qualify for this role:
- Skilled in operating hand grinders, large 480v electric grinders, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums
- Experience in applying densifiers and stain protectors
- Responsible and industrious, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right
- Ability to repair equipment as needed
