We are looking for the right Sales Account Manager for our Southwest Florida territory.

Summary of Responsibility:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have a strong sense of personal integrity, and be highly motivated for success.
  • Integrating sales and individual activity into our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention and loyalty to maintain support in the territory
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities by generating leads and prospecting potential clients to ensure the territory is optimally covered
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Crafting annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability.
  • Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
Job Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 Years business to business sales.
  • Strong, professional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Previous experience with machine tools is preferred.
  • This position requires frequent travel throughout sales territory.
