Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee strategic account responsibility for high volume brands/countries and is financially accountable to drive results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage regional countries and partner with management on sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners that drive revenue growth
- Partner with International Planning Team to strategize and execute seasonal plans
- Track monthly progress by country with finance team for each of the assigned international partners/territories
- Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets
- Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends
- Recruit top talent, train and develop team members
- Supervise staff and provide direction and management to drive sales
- Visit local markets as need with distributor
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry managing high volume accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail

Salary Description
$75,000 - $125,000 yearly
