Commercial Lines Account Executive

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive for our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico WHAT YOU’LL DO: Provide customer support for one or more producers in the Commercial Lines department Respond to phone and email requests from customers, insurance companies, internal staff Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned customers Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations Keep up-to-date follow-up system for correspondence/requests Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports Invoice policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations as required Enter all required data into the AMS to maintain current file data on all accounts Attach all documents to the AMS via the ImageRight document management software Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality Other duties as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 3 years’ Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, required New Mexico P&C License, required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required Some college, a plus, not required Strong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive pay based on experience Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Paid time off Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan
