JOB DESCRIPTION Outsmart Labs is looking for a smart, eager, intellectual, proactive, creative, relatable, detail oriented, always looking to do better Performance Account Manager. This position will develop, manage and lead the execution of multiple clients 360 digital campaigns including social media Meta & TikTok campaigns (paid/ organic), Google Ads/ PPC, Influencer Marketing, SEO/ Local SEO, RTB, and any emerging new channel/ platform in order to generate results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, and client communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients (Social Paid/ Organic, Content shoots, Influencers, Search, Emails, SEO) Demonstrate ability to shift strategies as needs be. Project Management – Coordination of overall account level success and demonstrating abilities to be clients first point of contact and driver of the strategy. Proactively manage internal workflow on projects and ensure deadlines are met Design, Execute & Manage clients’ content and social media organic & paid strategies Manage clients' content shoots execution Analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking performance based metrics Understanding of multi-channel marketing Participate in client meetings and deliver comprehensive meeting notes Create and deliver client reports, analyze strengths and weakness, and debrief internal team to adjust strategy when necessary Drive the creation of regular content pieces: videos ads, emails, email journeys, blog, newsletters, webinars, social media updates, etc. Put in place processes in order to maximize productivity levels and efficiency. Manage outsourced content efforts QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in building and managing online communities through paid and organic social media marketing or digital marketing. Must be able to show results (personal or corporate) from digital initiatives 2 years experience in Project Management and/or Account Management 2 years experience driving and managing Paid Campaigns (SEM or Social) 1 years of experience with email marketing campaigns strategies (weekly emails, flows, automation) for e-commerce and lead acquisition campaigns. Well-versed in web content, copy editing, content optimization, social media copywriting, buyer personas, editorial calendars and content strategy Expertise with a diverse array of social media platforms and other online community building tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Tumblr, Hootsuite, Iconosquare, forums, etc) Experience working with influencer marketing Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative, and adapt / adjust to shifting priorities Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Endless creativity, enthusiasm and a desire to meet and exceed goals. Excellent written and verbal skills Position is based in downtown Miami. Local candidates only or candidates must be relocating to Miami within 30 days.
