Senior Account Executive

Compensation: $60k - $80k commission. This is an on-site role located in Houston, TX with potential to move to hybrid. The Account Executive will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and position the organization as a premier provider in the call center and BPO space. This leader will possess a track record of meeting ambitious sales targets and demonstrate a strategic approach to complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify target markets, define customer segments, and create go-to-market plans that drive new business and maximize revenue. New Business Development : Lead efforts to generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing prospective clients in need of BPO services, particularly in high-growth sectors. Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with existing clients to support renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities. Foster a client-centric culture across the sales team. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and position the organization as an industry leader. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferrable. 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in a BPO environment or a similar service environment. Strong network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to generate and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences, including C-suite stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies in response to market changes. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
