Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. This high-profile role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical part in our financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including the CFO. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
