Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing

LHH is currently partnering with a well-known organization in the music industry to fill a newly created Senior Financial Analyst position. Responsibilities: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track pricing effectiveness, uncover trends, and create actionable insights Convert financial and operational data into valuable, actionable insights Contribute to the preparation of strategic plans and financial forecasts Propose innovative pricing frameworks, policies, and tools to drive revenue growth Partner closely with teams in operations, sales, finance, IT, and accounting to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business goals Leverage qualitative and quantitative research, statistical models, and data visualization to uncover pricing opportunities and guide strategic research Support ad hoc analysis requests Special projects and other responsibilities assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 3 years of relevant experience Pricing strategy experience is required Proficient in Microsoft Excel Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus
