We have a very relaxed culture and foster growth within the agency. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chesapeake, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of commercial insurance accounts, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the business. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in commercial insurance or related field Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Excellent organizational and time management abilities Deep understanding of Hawksoft or related AMS Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial space
