Client Job Description Investor Relations Associate My client is a growing Private Credit firm Location: Midtown Manhattan 5 days in the office Small firm, with lots to learn and do, and tremendous exposure across the business This role will be involved in all aspects of investor relations 125-175k base, can stretch to 200k for an All-Star Strong bonus Position Description • Support all aspects of fundraising and investor relations • Communicate the firm's strategy through various investor materials including DDQs, RFPs, data requests, etc. • Exposure to existing and prospective investor base Responsibilities • Prepare/update investor materials including marketing presentations, DDQ, PPM, quarterly investor reports, etc. • Respond to investor diligence requests including DDQs, RFPs, portfolio data requests, etc. • Assist with investor outreach • Research investor activities and trends to support the fundraising process • Work with the fund administrator and legal counsel to process subscription documents, investor transfers, and other capital activity • Coordinate, manage, and track investor meetings, including assisting in planning roadshows and annual meetings • Maintain and update CRM system Candidate Profile • 4-8 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of credit/direct lending a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset is crucial; CRM experience a plus • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask as needed • Collaborative team player
