This role is a full-time, commission-based, external sales position for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Stonehaven Mortgage. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be tasked with generating their own leads, assessing borrower qualifications, presenting suitable programs, and cultivating a sustainable referral network within our company. We anticipate that the Loan Originator will possess robust interpersonal abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. Our minimal overhead enables our MLOs to benefit from competitive pricing and generous compensation splits. Qualifications Licensed Loan Officer Coachable in relationship sales techniques Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting guidelines Strong Customer Service skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry
