They have been profitable since 2013 and have had rapid growth(1000%) over the last 4 years with over 1 million paying users. About the Role - Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Manage online advertising campaigns. Implement conversion strategies and improve marketing results. Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. Build creative and effective keyword and search advertising campaigns. Optimize advertising budgets to achieve ROAS goals. Research and analyze competitors and identify new promotion opportunities. Coordinate external advertising agency activities when needed. Test new marketing tools, new ideas, new solutions. Preferred Skills - 5years of experience in conducting online search and keyword marketing campaigns, ideally managing teams and / or agencies spending 100k per month Ability to analyzing marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Rockerbox) Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize non-brand keyword campaigns Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn Analytical thinking and ability to test and iterate Creativity and ability to create effective advertising content Awareness of trends and innovations in SEM marketing Readiness for continuous improvement and professional development Ability to conduct competitive analysis Experience in e-commerce is a a plus Equal Opportunity Statement - Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
