We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand, engage with our growing community, and share our message with the world. Job Overview: As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Happy Camp3r, you will play a key role in managing and executing our influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Working closely with the marketing, creative, and social media teams, you will collaborate with a diverse group of influencers, from micro to macro, to amplify Happy Camp3r’s presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Happy Camp3r, a brand dedicated to providing high-quality, adventure-driven camping gear and experiences. You’ll be responsible for identifying influencers that align with our brand values, creating compelling campaigns, and ensuring measurable impact through data-driven results. Responsibilities: Influencer Identification and Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and campaign objectives. Initiate and manage outreach to influencers, establishing relationships and initiating collaboration discussions. Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business goals. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, ensuring smooth collaboration between influencers and creative teams. Work with influencers to define content strategies, messaging, and brand guidelines for each campaign. Influencer Briefing and Contract Management: Create and distribute influencer briefs, outlining campaign details, content guidelines, and expectations. Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring all terms (compensation, deliverables, timelines, etc.) are agreed upon and followed. Track and ensure timely delivery of all influencer content as per the agreement. Content Approval and Quality Control: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, messaging, and legal requirements before going live. Provide feedback and collaborate with influencers to make any necessary adjustments to content. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor influencer performance throughout campaigns, tracking key metrics like engagement rates, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, influencer tracking platforms) to evaluate the success of campaigns. Relationship Management and Community Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring positive collaboration experiences and fostering ongoing partnerships. Provide excellent communication and support to influencers throughout the campaign, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate with influencers for post-campaign feedback and follow-up, exploring potential for future collaborations. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Proven experience in managing influencer relationships and campaigns, ideally within a marketing or agency environment. Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Influencity, Grin, or Traackr) is a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics, including engagement rates, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Experience with paid advertising via Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with influencers and team members. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messages, press materials, and social content. Knowledge of content trends, hashtags, and the best practices for influencer-created content. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in mental health advocacy and the role fashion can play in promoting positive conversations and self-expression. Based in the tristate area and willing to work in person at our office in Wallington, NJ at least 3 times a week.
